Strongly disagree that advertising is the only thing that needs to be done. It's definitely key in volume of the user base, but not imperative.

Back then LG had a 'new' feel so to speak. There was a chat system. The theme wasn't outdated by like 3-4 years like it is now. There was an active site as the backbone of LG's activity -- aka Gaia. And so on and so forth.

So that means LG needs newer content. A new general theme (not talking about the forum theme but rather what we're about, what members post, what the site's flagship is, etc). Overall needs more polishing and refurbishment.

But once again the activity and success of the site ultimately lies in what the members contribute or bring to the table. So there's that.
