You're in an AP class. You are smarter than most students so you simply don't understand. Look at me, for instance. I am completely unable to just go to school, learn something and automatically know it to heart. I HAVE to practice at subjects like math, and subjects like science. I have to study or I will not learn. Same in history. If I do not take notes and read them 5 times I will not know any of it, but one of my friends just listens in class, never studies or takes notes, and makes in the 90s on all of the American History tests.

You claimed you hardly ever have homework in your AP class, and that you do well in it. Which means that in that class you are able to pay attention and learn it. I also claimed that it is different for everyone. You're repeating what I said.
