Today is going to suck. It means an end of football until next season...
Which means more time for me to jump onto a workout routine and less distractions!
Should I even try training for the sport of football or should I aim to lose weight and better how I feel about myself?
I really wanted to play football for pretty much my entire life, I just continue to get into these ruts of inactivity.
