Are they worth taking? Or is it better trk on natural muscle?
I've heard both sides but I really cannot decide.
So I need some serious convincing.
I have a 5lb tub of protein sitting in my house and a bottle of 60 glutamine capsules.
What should I do?

It's all about the speed of results and the quality of the results. Protein can help you put on more lean muscle then bulk. There are different types of protein powders.
