Pussy. Lots and lots of shallow girl's pussy.
I listen for the whisper of your sweet insanity.
While I formulate denial of your effect on me.

I'm not fat but I want to eat healthy, so now I'm eating fruits and shit for lunch and breakfast. It fucking SUCKS. It just makes me ravenous. More hungry than if I skip, of course that's because my metabolism is up, but still. Anyway, just cut sugars, and my boss lost 40 lbs in 2 months on the insanity workout so there's that. If soul were here he'd have some advice for you

I don't think I am up for insanity. But I can try to do intense cardio everyday.
Like an hour on a stairmaster or treadmill. After lifting of course.
It will be rough to lose weight and gain muscle. I tried it before and my weight number stayed the same as my body turned.

Make your mom buy healthier food. Don't eat when you're bored. Count calories. Find a gym partner (seriously; don't skip this step). Both of you make a gym schedule. Same days of the week and time, every week. Go. Switch to diet alternatives. Diet Coke, calorie-free soda. If you can, more water instead. Do not drink non-diet soda. You'll get used to the taste after a month and won't want to go back to non-diet and will be all the healthier and proud for it. Stop eating 'cause you're bored.
The end. Just do all of those. And keep doing them, for, say, two months. Get into the habit of doing them. When you habitually drink a diet soda without thinking about how bad it tastes, you're ready to see results. When you feel like not going to the gym would absolutely ruin your day, you're ready to see results. When you think "I'd rather eat carrots than chocolate right now," you're ready to see results. Until you notice these thoughts -- which all people, including you, will inevitably experience as a part of habit formation -- do not stop the previously listed routine. Do not think "Oh, I haven't lost any weight" after only a week or even a month. Not until you feel like one of the descriptions I've just given. Then you can have the first "I wonder how I'm doing" thought. It feels slow at first, but once you pass that marker, it comes at your so fast. It's kind of like how when you're a kid and you want to grow up, and it feels like it's taking so long that it'll never happen. And then you grow up, and it's like it was no time at all. It'll be like that. One day you'll be healthier, at your desired weight, and you'll barely remember how difficult it may have been to start out.
Remember to stick to it.

Not as bad as regular soda. AFAIK, all the "fake sugar is cancerous/blahblahblah" is bologna.

I went from ~300 to 194. I started because I was sick of feeling sick all the time. I kept going because I started to notice how much better I looked/felt and how people were being nicer and treated me differently. And the simple things, like getting up off the floor without having to use your hands and other little things like that will keep you motivated.

I don't drink any caffeinated drinks, I drink water all the time instead of pop or juice or something (even though juice is still good for you) and I eat two to three apples/oranges a day, shit tastes wonderful. I don't eat any chips, and if I'm hungry and want a snack I grab some fruit, because it just tastes so fucking good lol.

Actually, juice is pretty unhealthy. Most the juices we have in America or packed with taste additives like salts and sugars and HFCS. It contains hardly any of the vitamins that juice is supposed to have, and even the "healthy juices" that are advertised as surprisingly lackluster. For reference, I can't think of a single brand juice that is healthy. Except maybe the acai berry juices, but those are usually expensive as shit.

I would start with a calorie tracker. You can set how much you want to lose per week. Having a wheat and dairy free diet is typically going trk out best. I'm not saying wheat is unhealthy. But gluten free alternative foods tend to be made healthier than regular foods. Also, apples are amazing. They're great for filling you up and are nothing but amazing.
