Aleena is someone long overdue banning. He's provided reason beyond the fact that he's an idiot to ban him. No one just could be bothered banning him since he's not important enough.

If GAME wants to unban him, that's him. I personally am not going to unban him. Feel free to protest as much as you wish though.
