What animes have you guys been watching lately?

I'm on Rising of the Shield Hero and some other isekai where the dude is a skeleton but it's not Overlord.

I wish I could find som solid slice of life stuff a la Kids on the Slope.

I'm currently working my way through a rewatch of Fullmetal Alchemist: Brotherhood. It amuses me that in my first post in this thread back in 2016 I was also watching FMA.

Is the new season of Shield hero any good? I've not heard great things about it but I will likely give it a watch regardless because I liked the first season.

I'm also looking forward to watching Spy x family, Summer time rendering, Dance dance danseur and love after world domination once their seasons complete.

Haven't touched an anime series in 2 years (?). But keenly been reading Martial Peak a chinese manhua for the past year or so. Art isn't anything special but story progression keeps me interested. They release like 3 chapters per day.

It's slow but fine. It's kind of like he's restarting. I keep expecting it to get better but it hasn't gotten there yet.

Just watched the 1st episode of season 4. I like the direction so far. I like Overlord for the pure power fantasy, it does it in a very measured way that is sill interesting. He's constrained by having to act several different parts and can't just always blow up all his problems even if he's never really in danger. While there is al to of "base building" the pace a lot faster than Slime and the social interactions are much more interesting.

Log Horizon was the other iskeai than handled this well by having the players be super smart but facing serious threats and supply shortages.

Vinland Saga, In/Spectre, Academia, Nagatoro have all been excellent this season. Just caught up on Log Horizon recently too.
