Yo. I think I remember you dropping by once.
We recently got back online after recovering from a DoS attack by some idiot, but we're up and running again. What Lysergic Delights said; I hope you're more active here.Last edited by The Unintelligible; 03 Sep. 2014 at 09:19pm.

Cool I plan on being more active now, also I want to open a tech support thread for cellphones since that's what I do for a living.

I hate dealing with an apple rep I can fix pretty much any problem with the cellphone itself but people always call me about their apple id's, then when i have to call apple their like "What do you want?". Biggest annoyance is when the customer just switched to android and they can't get their s.m.s. from the contacts that have an iPhone. (if you have this problem you have to disable imessage before switching or do so by logging on the apple website and find the feature there.)

That goes both ways. It's not fun when people call to have their phones on unlock, the reps send them to their carriers, and then th carrier sends them back like that's something we can do.
People should sign out of iMessage before trading in their phone. There are whole articles about what to do before switching phones or selling your phone.

I've never once sent an unlock request to apple or any other manufacturer, the fact is that carriers don't have the ability to unlock certain devices the iPhone being one of them. When we inform the customer of this they tend to try else where such as the manufacturer. What they don't realize is that neither company is willing to do this. They could save all the frustration and just search this using the multiple search engines on the net. Most iPhone owners don't realize that they can unlock the device themselves by loading a new ROM. Oh and all iPhone's have the same msl(000000) since there useless without out the proper software.
