But we actually have two issues. One is we don't have a core focus with anything relating to it for a community to form around and we don't have advertising.
To some degree we could only really do anything about the latter. The users themselves have to pick the thing they wish to coalesce around otherwise we just end up with another empty sub-forum.

I think Logical Gaia has potential, but I can't develop that shit solo. It takes ages.

I'm big of the Valve business model of dispersing development among users -- like Soph's graphics talents go towards Chao.
