Maybe I should sleep on my side. I notice that normally I fall asleep either on my stomach or on my back. Perhaps sleeping on my side will get me into a longer REM cycle and have a dream....

I was covers insurance. Good thing too because it didn't help all they wanted to do was pump me with sedatives to try and "fix me"
Best way to see how well you go into REM sleep without a lab is to get blackout curtains stay up as long as you can (24 hours is how long I went) and then record a video while you sleep. "Twitching" is apparently a sign that your not getting full REM cycles because your brain wakes itself up for some reason (also why sometimes you wake up for no reason and fall back asleep without remembering it)Play dumb now so you can shock the masses later
