Its funny how I have alot of muscle in my legs yet my arms aren't looking that good.
Because biking is all lower body, it has nothing to do with the upper section. Curls, pull ups, push ups, forearm work outs, dead lifts. All of those will help your arms and some of them more than one part of your arm chest and back.
