I don't want big arms actually.
I just think I'd be needing them for tennis and my arms aren't that strong xD

Then weights aren't the answer. Lean proteins like whey for snacks or meal replacements help. Also look into yoga and pilattes if you want just stronger and not necessarily bigger arms.
