Eclairs and pastry cream!!! Easier than you think. Also the dough used in this, pâté a choux, can also be used in savory pastries too.

All you need is 2 pots, a ziploc bag or two, and a cookie sheet as far as equipment.

I don't have any unsalted butter >.<. I assume it'll alter the taste, but how dramatic would it affect it?

You can add a little sugar, or subtract whatever salt in the recipe. It won't drastically change it.

Fuuuuu, don't have any suger either. Have any ideas that includes two eggs and two yolks? I already cracked them. XD
