There really isn't an easy answer to that. However Stretch marks that have recently formed can fad to a shade that is usually lighter than the surrounding skin. It could take 6 to 12 months for this fading to occur.

use a skin lotion with coco butter in it, It helps lessen the appearance of stretch marks by giving the skin a bit more elasticity. You can find it pretty much anywhere, and especially in Maternity stores, or at the pharmacy.

Well first you would have to lose the disillusion that you will automatically get ripped once you drop your weight. You had better have a good work-out plan.

Soul is right, Losing weight is only one part, you have to keep a good fitness routine, as well as eat healthy and keep your diet in check. You can consult with your doctor for the diet part, and a fitness professional most gyms will offer a free consultation to help you find a fitness plan that will work for you.

I don't own a TV nor do I know wth the Maury show is, so I don't think I watch runs or re-runs of that show I just saw it somewhere or heard it somewhere.

If you want to get really big, and buff etc..etc..
You're going to want to gain lots of fat and work it off and fill it in with muscle.
If you're not going to go that road, you're going to need lots of suppliments.
That's why I gained a decent amount of fat. I'm 170lbs 5'10
By the time I work off my fat, i'll be around 185 and toned.

Jimzip, getting into shape is a lot more difficult than you think. I run about 6 - 9 miles a day and I'm still not in top condition. I work out daily, most of the time when I'm off and the recruits here are asleep. It is grueling to get in the best shape of your life.Keep it in mind also that you need testosterone in your body and since you are 12 or something its gonna be hard.
Start eating healthy, thats step one, start working out 4 - 6 times a week for 3 hours a day, run 1-4 miles a day, building up on it, and then, once you can run 4 miles a day, in under 45 minutes, then you are on your way.Last edited by Souleater; 11 Nov. 2010 at 06:17pm.

Want to hear fucked up, I am ripped. But I have fat over the muscle.
As said earlier, the idea that you will be instantly ripped is just that an idea. Muscle can be ripped under fat (Though unlikly due to the fact that mucsle burns fat rapidly,) but for people like me with extremely bad metabolisms it is still a lot of work to lose weight. P.S. Dropped 10 pounds in fat this week! :] Gained 0.4 in muscle.
