That's true. But then you're obscuring the main role of the deck with prevention cards and such. An ideal Exodia deck consists of 40 cards. If you're aware of what you're up against, Exodia is actually quite simple to counter.

Homogeneous God Card decks are actually more effective as your deck is more balanced or otherwise oriented around them. Thus more support (which in turn leads to quicker summoning, better defense, and overall more efficiency).

Singularity would be bad pragmatically speaking (been there, done that), not to mention there's this.

Yeah, I was being sarcastic (hence YOLO + hashtag). But I disagree. Everyone is unique. Based on social traits people are categorized into groups such as cool, hipster, popular, geek, nerd, etc.

I mean, non-literally I would agree with you but then there are the wannabe gangster fags and people of that nature to consider.
