My PE class is basically 40 minutes of cardio work every weekday. I'm not a fat kid, but I'm not buff at all either. I don't have any exercise equipment at my house or anything like that.
I'm in the military, my life is working out.
I try to work out, but I can't get to it everyday
School and Work really get in the way but at least at work I do a lot of moving and it's really hot inside so at least I get a little work out from that.
On the basketball team.
Nuff said.
I do exercises every day. I go play soccer with my friends almost every evening, Im in the basketball team and I go to gym like 2-3 times a week. And the sport class at school.
if you like working out, you should download the P90X work out videos. those things are beastly
I'm into Soccer so I run alot to maximize my stamina and such.
Every day broski.
MMA, Track.
It's all a a work out.
I have to work out.
If i dont my football coach is gonna kick me off the team
Its not like im weak and need to work out, he just requires everyone to come to weight training
Lol, I'm ripped.
I work out every other day, run 3.5 miles and I am a 12th degree black belt in MMA.
I do arm weights. I'm not sure what the term is for 'em, 'cause I use a machine, but I do at least 30 reps of 70lb weights. Afterwards, I play something like basketball or whatever sport the health class is doing in the gym at the time. So my arms are buff. The rest of me is just okay, since I stopped working on the rest a while ago.
I workout all the time.. Even if I don't want to I have to xD
I don't really "work-out", I just run a mile every day. I then have hard-core sports at night, for two hours a night.
I do not work out much, still I look like I do so...yeah.
Just 2 sets of 20 push ups every day, then basketball 3 times a week, I'm 14, should be enough :D
I do stretches and warmups for about an hour a day. I practice martial arts and I'm an assistants at the dojo just in town so I have to when I work with the younger ones.
I don't work out atm, I'm just a skinny bitch lmao but when I move to uni I'm gonna get a Gym membership
Im skinny but my legs are pretty dtrong, I cant throw a punch but I sure can kick! :D Does track count as working out?
I want to, but I will when I hit age 16.
I started running every other day.
im gonna join muay thai
Muay Thai's Harsh, depending who your mentor is. I took that class for 6 months and my Mentor had me climbing trees with only one hand, and of course kicking a Lumber till It broke.
Uhh, I dont work out. But i'm active?
i work out about 2hrs only thrice a week
the only working out i do is while im in PE
I pretty much workout everyday
bodybuilding/powerlifting,
along with Bjj,judo and wrestling.
I work out sometimes...It depends on my mood and energy
My problem is continuing to work out, I start then stop again.
I work out on adaily basis. Being in the military sorta forces you to work out a lot. IT kinda sucks when you cant feel your arms and they want you to go and work out more, but it pays off by making my body rock hard.
Lol, nice Souleater.
Hey, are you new to LG?
LOL nope I don't work out anymore. D';
I only took PE in my first year of highschool, I'm in my 3rd now and yeah..:D
I think I'm going to start again soon though, or at least start doing pushups/sit ups. I used to do 200 of them a day for like..2 weeks 2 years ago, got lazy and stuff happened. xD
Yeah I do, I run around and ride my bike 1 hour a day then of Saturday's I got to martial arts and on Sunday's I play football :)
Pfft. I don't have time to workout. Or at least going to the gym to, anyways. Unless I wanted to do it a 3 am in the morning...
But yeah, my daily exercise is just running to and from school, some stretching, and the occasional hike.
