No i do not work out really, i used to lift small weights, but not bench pressing or anything such as that. I walk for about an hour a day because it is good for you.
But other than that I do not work out.
I am usually too bored to work out!

I workout everynight...i try to work on pushups to strengthen my chest area..i also do at least 30 situps before bed...

I try to jog everyday, but I probably only get out 4-5 times/week on average? I do ab cycles/push-ups/dumbbell exercises before I go to bed. That's all pretty straightforward though. I don't actually go to the gym unless it's with mates, which is maybe once every two weeks if I'm lucky. So I'de say while I try, I don't actually work out hard as much as I would like.
I work out here and there. I'll do sit-ups and push-ups, and a jog here and there but never really go to a gym.

Me and my next door neighbor always run together almost everyday, and they have a mini gym in their house so we usually go in there afterwords.
I run, if that counts? And, I play ALOT of basketball, so i get my workout. :)
well, yes sometimes, i dont like to be weak or a bit fat ... for me that is something really bad :(
