How do you get rid of them?
Needle .
Urine .
But seriously, facewash, healthy diet, regular washing, time.
Take a bath in Hydrochloric Acid. :)
This is what I have to do, seriously (Don't judge :P):
1. Don't eat fried food. This includes:
i) Nuts
ii) Chips
iii) Sunflower Seeds
iiii) And food with lots of oil.
2. Wash my face twice a day (Once in the morning before going to school, once before I go to sleep.)
3. Don't touch your face.
4. Use toner.
5. Get enough sleep.
Forgot a few:
6. Use acne cream.
7. Use face wash, NOT SOAP!
Pimples or Acne is when a part of your face gets infected, due to dirt from your fingers when you touch your face or due to the food you eat. So eating anything that was deep fried with oil used multiple times before, will get you pimples. Also, pimples or acne may be acquired naturally from puberty or just simple break outs. Some may get it more often then others.
Eh, I use Proactive.
& It pretty much keeps the pimples away from my face.
But I don't eat tons of oil / grease foods, and I eat tons of healthy stuff.
Soo, Think what you will.
xD.
I use Clean & Clear for both my face wash, my acne cream, and my toner. I forgot where I read this but according to some article on the internet ._. Using products with the same company for same spots of skin or use the same product for the long term, will have a better effect.
Oh, forgot another one LOL:
8. Use moisturizers not lotion. Difference?
Moisturizers: They put moisture into your face, not oil!
Lotion: For dry skin that need extra oil added because your skin doesn't provide enough or because of the weather.
I use neutrogeuna.
The stuff in a orange bottle.
And like, i use it maybe once a week?
Popping it can scar though.
Only pop if like, NECESSARY.
I used some Proactiv for a short amount of time, went from about 10 zits to like, 1 tiny one, in a few weeks.
I didn't even use it actively, just washed with the soap, put on the night cream, and that's it.
I need to start washing my face a bit more though.
Pop them.
To prevent them, I recommend Proactiv. But if you start on a habit using it and forget to use it one day, your breakouts will come back really fast. My acne isn't that bad anymore, so I just use some Clearisil cleansing pads and a spot treatment when I get the occasional zit. Also, don't drink a lot of soda or eat really greasy foods. These are known to make acne worsen. If you don't get enough sleep at night, it can worsen your acne problem. Oh yeah, don't touch or push on your face. All that does is literally push the oil into your pores. AAND, if you have bangs, you should shower once in the morning and once at night. Because when you hit puberty, your body produces a lot more oil than it usually does. Face oil alone is a lot, but that added with even more oil your hair produces...yikes! So yeah...shower twice a day.
Well i was watching a science video on puberty and pimples. Once you have finished going through puberty they will go away if you don't pop them
Boil 2 cup(s) of water and then add 1/4 cup(s) of mint oil and let your self take in the steam. Stream out the nasty zits.
i use clean&clear
pretty useful
try to make your skin really dry
no oil on you face!
If you have repetitive, excessive acne, it could be the result of a bacteria (I believe it's genetic; not some disease you caught). See a dermatologist to get prescription antibiotics.
They usually just go away. I've never gotten any that got bad and pussy. Just a red bump that went away the next day. o.<
Just wash your face its really simple
Works for me
More options:
~ Keep your hair out of your face because it contains oil.
~ Change your pillowcases often.
Hair in your face will cause pimples if your hair is oily or dirty. Hair is naturally oily, so that can be a problem. The oil clogs pores and causes pimples.
PROTIP: Use Head & Shoulders shampoo (not the generic).
It contains an ingredient (besides the anti-dandruff) that will get rid of the oil in your hair and prevent it from causing pimples. I believe Selsun Blue is the other shampoo that does the same thing, but I can't remember for certain, so don't bet on it.
I am really glad I have never had acne problems. None of my family has. Yay good genes :D
