I added a letter "h" to the word "the".

Ont: I used to do this when I was younger.

My skin isn't that great so I had to do it like that...
I also wash my face whenever I do sports or something that makes me sweat.

dont laugh but this actually works pretty well or getting rid of them:

Get a paste (not gel) toothpaste (the white paste stuff) and dab a little of that on one. it dries them out overnight. learned that trick from a friend and it works.

I agree with you sugar DOES NOT affect acme. No matter how much or how little sugar Iget everyday it never effects my acme
