If your face ever get's dried out or red from acne treatment, stop the acne treatment for a while and use a cleanser with either Almond oil, Oatmeal, or both in it. It makes your skin smooth and shiznit as well as fights bacteria.
Oh. and when all else fails on those pesky ones. Get a needle, dip it in benzoyl peroxide to sterilize, then put a straw over the puncture. put benzoyl peroxide in the straw, and blow on it to force some into the pimple. it burns. it dries out the skin. but it kills the pimple.

That's not true. You can still get pimples when you are an adult, they're just extremely rare and mainly happen on people with oily skin. (you want oily skin. it makes you age slower)
@Gamechief: here is a quote from someone ive talked to.
Reguardless of what doctors or professionals might say, if you're an individual that already has any case of acne then Coca-cola, Chocolate and dairy products do infact make your acne worse. No it doesn't directly "Cause" acne, but it does make it worse. I have very mild acne, but i do know giving up coca-cola , chocolate, dairy and other junk food has largely improved how my skin looks. Whenever i drink a can of Caffeinated soda ( IE: Coca-cola) i notice the next day effects. No they're not huge, but i do know this is because of the soda, i've tried it many times and every day after i drink a can i'll notice something. So do i believe it causes acne? No, if you don't have acne and you drink a can you won't get it, but i do believe if you have acne and you drink excessive amounts of Coke and consume Chocolate and dairy products on a regular day bases you'll notice your skin mysteriously getting bad, switch to diet with no dairy and only water and you'll see the difference.
But i do infact know that certain foods stimulate acne to get slightly worse, but no if you don't have acne go ahead and eat and drink whatever, if you do have it drinking water and juices will give you considerable noticing differences.
Try it.

dont laugh but this actually works pretty well or getting rid of them:
Get a paste (not gel) toothpaste (the white paste stuff) and dab a little of that on one. it dries them out overnight. learned that trick from a friend and it works.

Super hot showers could cause excessive oil to be produced as it dries out the skin and tells the body to make more. I use Oxy pads and they work rather well at keeping my skin clear. Head and Shoulders is good for getting the grease out of one's hair; I know, my hair gets really greasy. Touching the face is baaaaad! I desperately try to not lean on my hands but habit says otherwise and I notice that's where I break out. Don't pop; go with a needle. Cleaner, faster, and leaves less noticeable mark while it heals.

1. No Oily Foods
2. Wash your face regularly
3. Dont touch it.
That works for me
Humans yawn when they think of it.
