I don't think you know how rape proclivity works. Many do not believe that what they are doing is rape. They aren't creating special situations. They don't have that goal in mind. They don't even realize they're doing it, because it's normalized. As someone who knows multiple victims, the acquaintances/perpetrators victim-blamed and were in denial.
