Im trying to sell my ps vita on craigslist but I always get some bull shit offer of someone thats gonna send me $100 extra for all my troubles and have me ship it to somewhere because they off town.
Should I give that person my paypal email so they can pay me or is this a scam for non legit paypal money and im going to get arrested a couple days after ?

I agree with princess,
No one is going to pay one hundred dollars extra just for you to ship it

I think there are ways to receive money over PayPal that can't be charged back. Like it has to be labelled as a donation or something. Maybe not.
But if it sounds too good to be true, it always is. Never make deals with strangers without some sort of protection. Make sure they can't chargeback before you give them your goods. Find some way for them to pay you (if even money in an envelope that they mail) before you send anything. They can afford a stamp for an envelope. They can write a check if they don't trust paper money in the mail. They can write an electronic check even, I bet, through their bank's website.
"It has to be PayPal and it can't be [some PayPal method that doesn't allow chargebacks]" doesn't fly.

I would think its a scam. -0- D i o r -0- has a point, if they wanted it shipped, they could have used eBay. Prices usually aren't that much better.
