But if it sounds too good to be true, it always is. Never make deals with strangers without some sort of protection. Make sure they can't chargeback before you give them your goods. Find some way for them to pay you (if even money in an envelope that they mail) before you send anything. They can afford a stamp for an envelope. They can write a check if they don't trust paper money in the mail. They can write an electronic check even, I bet, through their bank's website.
"It has to be PayPal and it can't be [some PayPal method that doesn't allow chargebacks]" doesn't fly.
