Man arrested at Large Hadron Collider claims he's from the future | CNET UK
A would-be saboteur arrested today at the Large Hadron Collider in Switzerland made the bizarre claim that he was from the future. Eloi Cole, a strangely dressed young man, said that he had travelled back in time to prevent the LHC from destroying the world.
Mr Cole was taken to a secure mental health facility in Geneva but later disappeared from his cell. Police are baffled, but not that bothered.
So, lets have a discussion about this. What do you think?

Police said Mr Cole, who was wearing a bow tie and rather too much tweed for his age, would not reveal his country of origin. "Countries do not exist where I am from. The discovery of the Higgs boson led to limitless power, the elimination of poverty and Kit-Kats for everyone. It is a communist chocolate hellhole and I'm here to stop it ever happening."

Sanity or none there can never be a doubt to whether a clain had validity or not. Given the possibilities that the LHC could excellerate particals so fast they can move either foward or reverse in time should be taken into account. Unless the guy was screaming about how god sent him back in time to stop eric cartmans trapper keeper from ending humanity as he was humping the LHC while babyfart mcgeezakz was on the run from the space cops...then i should probably be ignored.
Please understand im being sarcastic. This guy was obviously a nutjob. I would love living in a chocolate covered communist hellhole and have a blender that could go through time using mountanmin dew as much as the next person. But until i have my lifetime supply of kitkats i dont believe it.Last edited by Souleater; 09 Feb. 2012 at 07:05pm.

Look here, Einstein was right when he postulated the theory of relativity. A recent test run of the LHC proved that you can't accelerate particles past or almost to light speed. Whoever this Cole nut was, he must be out of his mind. I don't even care what group he might belong to.

For all the stuff that happens around here, LG itself is always remarkably unchanged. Thanks to the folks who still remembered I was once here and welcomed me back despite me being retarded.
