So, basically what I want to achieve is a flatter stomach. The problem is I have muscle tone in my abdomen so it sort of pouches out instead of lying flat
See image -
What do you propose I do to get the results I desire? I fear pumping iron or doing crunches/situps with further cause the muscle pouch.
I would prefer a schedule of working out that revolves around my schedule. If anyone is willing to make a daily exercise routine for me, LG gold will be a given.
Please keep in mind the only exercise I get is the mile walk trk everyday, so I won't be able to do anything too extreme at first.
My typical schedule.
Mon, Tues, Wednes, Fri - Wake at 9am, work 12:15 - 10pm, sleep at 3am.
Thursday, Saturday - Off. Empty schedule.
Sunday - Wake at 10am - work at 110 am - 6pm, open schedule, sleep at 3am.

Arti is correct, running or any thing that will burn energy. I'd suggest eating healthy, go for lots of protein but make sure to take in enough carbs or you won't lose any thing.
I honestly don't think you need to lose any thing. You still need to build muscle along with the running or whatever.

I don't want to focus on diet too much since I can't pick and choose what I get to eat as we're on a tight budget.

Diet is a hugely important part of what you want to achieve. There are no shortcuts in this kind of thing, well I mean you can argue steroids are a shortcut but I think the side effects speak for themselves.
Beans, rice, lean meat(red meat only twice a week, go fish and chick other times), vegetables, and vitamins.

You look fine to me. But you can do little things that help, like drinking a full glass of water after each meal will make you more full which results in less eating.
yup this is really me gamersoul AVA

I was hoping soul would have some comment on this. Or is he gone already? Also, wouldn't it make more sense to drink the water before dinner? O_o

That's too general of a remark to be any help at all. I need a guide to stick to or I won't follow it.

Aerobics is a good way to burn fat. You should look into that. You could even get some video routines you can follow.

You look good! I don't see a problem. But I guess you could try out some aerobics or Zumba.
