In theory, in finding new life in the universe/galaxy or even finding a planet capable of sustaining us, the need to buy, start wars and fight with each other should no longer exist. Our ultimate goal in life will be to better ourselfs and humanity.

Well, if we find another habitable planet before we reach type 1 status, there most likely will be fighting for it from other countries. Assuming that we're able to reach it.
