- Change the "Gaming" category to "Entertainment".
- Don't just focus on hot topics.
- The posting bot could get annoying if someone were to post a topic and it got flooded away with the posting bot's posts. Maybe have a widget for it or something that doesn't involve posting within the forums?
- More community involvement; competitions, general announcements, more interaction.
- More to come as I think of 'em.

+1 posting bot seems annoying :/
I find the default style sheet to be rather problematic.
At work with a portrait turned monitor much of the page gets cut off, same problem happens on mobile.
Community activities are good, we once had a small Dolphin group playing Mario Party, almost always up for playing games.

Thank you for proposing changes. News bot will be disabled. I plan on switching LG to a fully responsive theme in the near future. I will start planning community activities. I can give away game hosting accounts from my company. If anybody is willing to contribute to giveaways let me know. You can pick what the contest will be. If I approve the contest you can post your giveaway thread in the junkyard and I will sticky it.
Edit: I added a temporary style for now. Hopefully it will hold you over till I pick out a responsive theme.// Signature

I vote for downsizing on the amount of forums and the threads. Forums which are no longer needed could be placed in an "Archive" forum which is locked.
Many communities suffer due to a large amount of forums/boards/etc, and a low amount of users. It makes the entire site feel more active if you maintain only a few open sections which are posted in daily.

Genre seems like a good way to separate forums. My previous thoughts were to divide by market groups such as PC gaming / xbox, nintendo, playstation.
I think someone mentioned a security section, This would be great, I myself am looking for a career in infosec studying for certs like oscp and cissp.
As for the contests, something I have done in years past was giving away awards. It's just a little something to show how awesome a user is.
And I love the Underground, literally my favorite thing about old boards such as gg and ebu. Giving members a reason to contribute to gain access was always motivation for me to release and post HQ threads.
