help, will my mustache ever grow back

Ive been having this wound/scab on my mustache that I always take off, I dont know why I cant stop taking of the scab every time, but now my mustache grows un-even and no hair grows on the spot where the scab is, this has been going on for more than 6 years, any thing you guys?

Stop picking the scab. You are probably picking it off before it is fully healed, ergo it is never healing, ergo no hair is growing. You may want to ask a doctor. I'm no expert, but you may have done permanent damage to the tissue and prevented hair from growing there from picking at it for six years.

Yes ive gone cold turket from picking the scab, dont know when the hair will grow back but my un-even mustash looks ridiculous -w-
