Ah that actually is what I was told to try most recently Charles and I think it's the way I am going to try and go I'm too afraid to dirty bulk because my family has thyroid problems running in and out and I would hate to put on a layer just to never be able to get it off if my thyroid decides to shut itself down.
Someone also told me to try out slim fast with a meal because its made to replace meals and it would boost the amount of calories I'm in taking by alot and since my body tends to burn calories off quick (apparently) it wouldn't end up as fat, but would help in my weight

5'8 and at around 180 lbs.
But I'm in pretty good condition. Started going to the gym around 3 months ago.

I am as short as heck. I think I'm barely around 5'1.
I believe i'm around 135.
Though I am often told I don't look like it at all.
I think most of it's in muscle. I'm not sure.
Once, for absolutely no good reason at all, I pushed my limits on a treadmill severely.
I lost 10 pounds that day, then the next day I had gain twenty.
So. I'm assuming I have 20lbs of muscle in my legs.
I don't really know what to think about myself.

I've actually been going back and forth between 160-175 x) Idk why or how, but a week I'll be 175 and then two weeks later I'll be down to 165 then up to 168 or something like that, I've been somewhat working out, but it makes no sense.

I'm over weight, but I have set myself a weight goal of 150-160 and my dr told me otc diet pills, so I will lose the weight. I plan on making it to my goal.

You just said eat junk food prior trking out, you must be retarded, srs.
You just said you intake most calories at night, lol@you starving your muscles throughout the day, then dumping shit into your body. Srs, your muscle are feeding off sugar, have fun with your lack of gains.
For a clean bulk just intake 4K calories a day at 40% protein, 40% carbs (good carbs not sugar dumbass), and 20% fats
I'm intaking 5K a day and I'm making 1-2lbs a week in almost all lean mass. lol, and I eat healthy.
Have gone from 130to 160. Have gone from 150 to 160 in a week.
I bulked to 165 at the end of AIT for airborne school and cut back down to 150, and here I am.

5' 3" and 150lbs >.< I've been trying like crazy to get back down to 125, but even with diet changes and working out I cant seem to drop the extra weight.

The fact that you even "bulked" is a joke imo.
Unless your on roids and in the gym for over 2 hours such as the big guys are doing and they are burning through at least 2k-3k calories a workout there is no reason to "bulk" the fat doesn't help you get muscles it doesn't help your body from using muscle as energy. You body will only use your muscle as "energy" after 3 days of no calorie intake or so. Any time I hear someone saying they are bulking they are one of those idiots from high school that think they are going to get big as jay cutler in a month and say stupid stuff like "I want to get big but not too big" or "I'm all natural no steroids or creatine". Seriously if you are talking about creatine and steroids in the same conversation (not talking about you) but the people that say stuff about them bulking commonly say the same stuff I just quoted. If your going to try to "bulk" there's no need to get to 12% bf as I can tell me and you are similar but I'm not so tall or as skinny and I don't look my weight like you do. /rant over lol..

105 pounds :/ And i really honestly have a hard time gaining weight, like my dad actually. It sucks, i'm bony, people think i have anorexia :/ My boyfriend is jealous that i can eat all i want without gaining a single pounds (since he is overweight and on a diet). Tried to eat as much as i can, but i just keep eating till i get so full that my stomach gets big and hurts. I hate iiit >_< My family is cursed with boniness
