You have to learn how to breath, and how to move your body in a wave motion to do the most push ups

I regularly did 80 in the summer for marching band
- 17 Apr. 2015 08:16pm #5
15 sets of 10
- 17 Apr. 2015 10:55pm #615 sets of 10
Aim for like 3 sets of 50, or more realistically like 35 or 40.

Working out is all a matter of preference. 10 is a little low, but go with what you're comfortable with. As long as you're doing a target number of total push ups (i.e. 150) in roughly the same time-frame you're good.
As you get used to it, try stepping out your comfort zone by incrementing the amount of push ups you do in each set to condense the amount of sets you do.
I always say if it gets too easy, push yourself harder.
You also might not want to be taking advice from guys that are about as jacked as a wet paper bag irl (i.e. less than 150 lbs).
How I look irl:
Listen to me, bruh.I'm lightning on my feet

Who even needs downtime after 10 pushups? The point is to push yourself, not to just "do 150."

High reps don't matter honestly, add weight to the exercise and doing 15-20 could be perfect.
Progression is the only important factor and by adding weight it shows a progression[SIGPIC][/SIGPIC]

Most I've done at my school's Physical Fitness Test within 2 minutes was 105.
