So I'm new around here so don't get mad. But I work out like a crazy person and I will share my super cool exercise plan for those of us who are flabby, smoke too much, lazy, etc.
Pay attention, Jen. Ahem.
This is a six-week plan that you will do five days a week. It gets harder by just a little tad every week, but it starts of super easy so have no fear.
Week 1
Stretch.
Do as many push-ups as possible (girly ones are fine if you are weak) in a two-minute time span.
Repeat with sit-ups. (Crunches are acceptable if you are weak.)
Walk for 5 minutes (I personally recommend walking with 5-lb dumbbells)
Jog for 1 minute.
Walk for 5 minutes.
Jog for 1 minute.
Walk for 5 minutes.
Stretch.
Have a cigarette.
Week 2
Stretch.
2-minute push-ups and sit-ups.
4-minute walk.
2-minute jog.
4-minute walk.

Week 3

3-minute push-ups and sit-ups.
4-minute walk.
4-minute jog.

Week 5
Stretch.

3-minute walk.
8-minute jog.
1-minute sprint.

Whut? This is a Health section and you're tipping off viewers to have a stick of cigarette? Might as tell them to find a toothbrush or something to poke their throats with and start puking.
Also, there's no difference in fat burning whether you run or jog or walk. You'll be burning the same calories. What really matters is the distance you've traveled.
Although jogging and sprinting COULD improve your stamina.

Can the cigarette be replaced with a twinkie?
If not, I dont see this being advantageous for flabbyGaiaonline Exploit Log:
