If you're not getting full, but yet you eat alot. Here is a little thing i have been doing for a while now, and already have dropped half a pound, by doing literally nothing.
Before you eat :
Drink one glass of water ~ 500ml
After you eat :
Drink another glass of water ~ 250ml
Avoid carbonated soda drinks, they never fill you.
And avoid over eating.

I over-eat regularly, so this is probably a good idea for me to get that full feeling. I noticed [Thanks to this write-up] my diets have been wonky, for lack of a better word, since I started skipping out on water months ago. That was probably the trick. +1 Rep.

is eating 1 1/2 meals aday healthy? i'm naturally not sa hungry person but i randomly get the munchies..... like im high.
