That'd be great, if we actually had a method of shoving someone into "jailed" status. Smods cant change anything about a member, such as their usergroups and where their LGG goes, the most I can do is ban.

I'm going through a 300$ USD trade after a person just filed a scamming report on this same guy that I don't even know about. Would you rather ban them until proven innocent, or let them steal my money?

Actually for scamming reports sent to me personally that offer actual proof, they're dealt with instantly with an email for the scammer to send his version of the story if there is one.

The people that start threads like "Shojo scammed me" with a bunch of "fuck youssssss" in the body instead of proof is what I'm talking about.

I know the whole drama with Shojo is retarded as hell... My personal opinion of him is just make him go first... Tada the end...

And if the scammer isn't online at that moment? How long will you wait for their story before taking action?
