Tidy up

Browsing the forums today i noticed a few that were dead, and have been for months, maybe it would be a good idea to remove them, because they give off a sense of inactivity, and with them gone it would at least make LG look a little more active.

the forum sections that i noticed most were:
Diablo 2, Guild Wars, Gunbound, and Rose Online, all of which are 3+ months without a post, unless you count Selfish's post in Diablo 2, but he is banned so its not like his thread can go anywhere. even the Gunz subsection is relatively unused which leaves Starcraft as the only recently posted in "Other Games" subsection.

removing them as i said could at least make the forums look more used, and less abandoned, as well as remove places for people to dig up old threads to bolster their counts.
