I think if everybody had access to that one underground, where would the super 1337 stuff go? Granted we don't have any in the UG anyway, but just for the sake of argument.
I like the multi-level undergrounds. If this idea gets passed Temptii, and there is an application to fill out for UG, then I think we should either
a. have an active mod around to pass the applications and give people access
b. overall UG-status people's opinions. We basically have people who are already in the UG vote to decide whether or not the applicant is capable or not.
