Apple put out a statement that said jailbreaking your iPod is illegal, and that they would take legal action. that screams illegal, lets face it. and since you can use programs on a jailbroken iPod and alter the wares on it once it is jailbroken, that makes it illegal, just the fact that you can makes it illegal, not actually doing it.
im not saying its not a good idea, but it would have to be difficult to access and see what is going on with it.
