Would anyone be able to make a program that would send multiple text messages to different numbers at the same time, using a pdf or csv file to access the numbers
I am willing to pay for the program of course, it is for a business, please contact me as soon as possible, thank you!

so here's the thing about an sms sender.
you have to know up-front the carrier of the recipient.
it's easy to send something to 5555555@vtext but that only works for Verizon here.https://discord.gg/TvN6xUb ~ chat on discord pls.

Well, you can send them for free through e-mail if you know the carrier, as Kings suggests.
Alternatively, you can pay to use a service like Twilio (I think that's one of the texting services), to send the texts for you. That would be a pay-per-text manner, and it would be more reliable. The former would only work if the receiver supports texts from emails.

i think a good solution could be just to ask for the number and carrier in say a google form (inserts to csv or xcel) to generate the phone@email list then you could just send raw-text through a email list service like php-list, mailchimp, or aweber (1$ service).

Alternatively you can buy a cheap mobile plan with unlimited text messages, and hook it up to your PC/server to send SMS messages programatically quite easily.
