No, he sent me the computer as a gift, he never sent a usb, or disk along with it. So is there anything else I can do?

PRETTY PRETTY PRETTY PLEASE? He's on team viewer it keeps popping up every time i keep trying to get out of it. if you can at least help me for taking off force team Viewer or, at the very least take off the parental, please.. I don't really beg for anything. I have no one else to turn to, HP really can't fix it. SO PLEASE? ;o;
