How to make a recuit system

First of i want to appoligize for my terrible english, ill work on it i swear.
Anyways, i am working on Norways biggest retro hotel, if anyone here knows what that is. And i am looking for a recruit system, so people can send a link that automatly gives the person who sent the link a point if the person who recived the link registrate.
Anyone who got something like this?

It sounds a bit like an affiliate system. There's a lot out there, and you could probably just use Google to refine your search.
