Anyways, i am working on Norways biggest retro hotel, if anyone here knows what that is. And i am looking for a recruit system, so people can send a link that automatly gives the person who sent the link a point if the person who recived the link registrate.

It sounds a bit like an affiliate system. There's a lot out there, and you could probably just use Google to refine your search.
However, you'll be hard pressed to find a product that functions specifically to your needs as-is. You'll either have to learn a scripting language, like PHP, ASPX, Python, or outsource the work to someone else (in which case you may want to give freelancer.com a try).
