yours is finished i just need to make the file size 19.5kbs or less and so far it ain't working right and i'm looking for a converter to fix it but so far nothing at the moment

i'm looking for a few programs that can fix it now and did yesterday but the ones i got suck or didnt compress the way i wanted it to so i'm still looking
