You can change it in the iTunes settings. And btw, it is called a iPod Touch!

Open iTunes, on the sidebar go to devices and click on your iPod, there will be some checkboxes in the middle of the screen

The touch screen music player made by Apple is a iPod touch. A iTouch is a keyboard made by Logitech!

Well, if you just say "iPod" people might not know if you're referring to an iPod with a clickwheel, or an iPod touch. iTouch removes that, and is faster to type, I guess.
And Thomas, that keyboard was apparently discontinued 2 years ago. I'm sure nobody cared about it even then.

You don't go around calling the other models iClassic, iNano, iShuffle. If Apple owned the trademark I would be fine with it. But until then you are talking about keyboard software!
