Okay here's the real question. I bought a ATI graphics card say 2 years ago. When I got it, I installed and everything. Had to do a full system restore, hasn't worked since because it's not activated... My computer's been running shitty ever since and I'm fucking tired of it.
How do I know which ATI card it is so I can install it?... Is there a way?

Click the display tab. And there's a little block that says Device. The name is your current Video Card. Just Google the name and find the respective driver.
Also a 2 y/o card is bad. Maybe think about updating if you're into playing games and such. They're really cheap now, if you don't play heavy stuff I'd recommend Nvidia 9600 gt. Probably about 80 bucks now, but runs really well.

Pretty much what Confide said. Considering you installed it, you should be able to do that
If that comes with with no results, you can try this:
Unknown Device Identifier - Freeware Download
No clue if it works or anything, since I haven't used it and just came about it by googling a bit.
