SO! I has questions!
1. Is there a way to do it so you tone/skinny-up rather than become a juggernaut?
2. How would eating less than suggested affect you with P90X specifically?
3. ?

Questions! About P90X....

You're not going to be a ''juggernaut'' If your skinny, Itll simply turn the fat into muscle.
Also eating less makes you weaker, meaning you're wasting more valuable energy you need for daily life if your not taken in enough calories.

Do you lose weight?
- 28 Dec. 2009 10:11pm #8
You kinda starve your body of sufficient nutrients needed to do things. Like defy said you will become weak (hit with fatigue) Ehh, losing weight is kind of tricky. You need everything to be balanced, and slowly cut back so your body gets used to what you are doing.
;o
and finding that balance gets things complicated.
Calorie Calculator - Daily Caloric Needs <-- that should help you find your daily target calorie intake.
Just read up on some things kiddo~ Weight loss is one of those complicated subjects where not everything works for everybody \o/

Muscle burns fat.
Muscle weighs more than fat.
Fat will be burned as a replacement for sugar energy which is why it burns so slowly.
Fat will not make up for the calories needed to survive.
