What I have noticed so far

There is not too much activity when regarding the normal posts. It does not seem like people wish to be engaged in a conversion. There are spacing of days with no posting whatsoever. I feel like this site has potential to come back but members need to be more engaged with conversation to keep your new members entertained, and your existing members still interested in staying.

Agreed but honestly just by looking at this..

I don't think more than 100 people actually are posting once a week and if they are posting its for their 10 posts and 3 day (It's really 4 lol.) wait to get into the gaia download section.
There are too many gravedigging posts like "why doesn't this work any more" or just low quality posts.
But ill be honest too, I came just for the gaia section but I still do look at the threads. But just saw the "new posts" tab on the left side and I love it because I don't have to keep looking for posts that are just spam really.
But surely the community is growing with new members we just need them to interact with us more

I mean I wanna get my 10 posts for I can at least see what this site has to offer, I refuse to spam forums with meaningless bullshit just to get those 10 posts. I'd much rather join in on a discussion or help people out. I noticed though it is difficult to get into one, being some things I can't pertain to or they are old forums that I can't necro.
