They're remaking Karate Kid. (Fail move number one)
They're using terrible Jackie Chan as Mr. Miyagi. Jackie Chan is a terrible actor and Mr. Miyagi is supposed to be Japanese and good at karate.( Fail move number two)
They're using Will Smith's kid as main character. You can't replace punk Iconic Italian kid . Doesn't work.( Fail move number three)

look at all the other movies they are remaking

halloween, friday the 13th, freddy & chucky now is being remade fuck everything is gonna be remade cause people have run out of ideas so they buy peoples ideas aka video games make them into movies then when all else fails they remake old movies now its the karate kid

Or Naruto. I literally read an interview when it first got to American and he made Naruto blond and bled specifically because he was more concerned with how he could get westerners to buy it and identify with the main character.

He does. I mean based on what was out in Japan when it hit America I calculated that to see it all by my third year of college and at that point I stopped watching. I can only be a fan of short things I can afford, like Rurouni Kenshin...which I wish there was more of.

Reading online isn't too bad; I got used to it after a bit. I recommend the manga since it's the canon of the main storyline.
