So because other groups were involved in the holocaust, means they don't count? :/
No, but here is a counter to that argument.

Compare the amount of years that the Holocaust lasted compared to the amount of years that slavery lasted. Compare being considered property rather than a human being. Compare being shipped overseas away from your homeland or being stripped away from your family at birth. Compare being born into slavery, not having an escape.

The Holocaust and slavery are two completely different topics. You can't compare both. The Holocaust could have been prevented, if people had recognized Hitler's rise to power and his stocking up of arms. Slavery went on for over 300 years, and in that timespan...nobody really tried to stop it. Even after slavery was over, African-Americans were still being treated like second-class citizens. And this still happens today.

Don't try and say, "Oh, the gays don't have any rights either!" I am pretty sure it is true that in certain jobs, homosexuals and females are hired more than straight males. Especially in retail. Sure, in some areas...gays may be hated. Such as the bible belt in the South. But still, you don't see gay guys getting beat up out of nowhere. YOu see blacks still getting jumped by white men, such as the whole Jena Six ordeal. So, once again...you fail. I win. End game.
