Like I said in the first post, the posts in the bar is posts the last 24 hours. The bar in the image is the posts made on this date, which is only like 20 hours in or whatever time zone the server is in.

The post goal bar decreases over time as posts that were made 24 hours + 1 minute ago no longer count.

Ah. That makes more sense.
