Quit that quest and start a new one if you're on level one.

Yea it's weird but if you do quests and unlock a higher area it's tied to that pet.
So let's say you get to Bridge Level 4 on your pet.
If you choose to use a different pet that pet will only be able to go to level one.
Make sense?

Oh also don't forget to buy your pet license.
It's sort of stupid but if you don't have one you get fined. :/

Oh and when people send you stuff check your deposit box.
