You guys know me, I share everything regardless of whatever the fuck it is.
Girlfriend leaves tomorrow in the early morn to go to university.
Let's see how many friends I have IRL...... SURVEY SAYS: 0.
Let's see how much money I make...... SURVERY SAYS: not enough.
Let's see how much I love school..... SURVEY SAYS: not at all.
So pretty much I am left to die on an island. Sleep, School, Workout, Video Games, Sleep. Rinse and repeat.
Anyways, I've cried about 10 times in the past 3 days. Shit sucks. It's hard saying bye. I guess I haven't fully desensitized myself with the internet.

Dude tell yourself that you can do what ever you want, just depends on what you are willing to do.
You don't have to do that routine at all, people don't know who you really are , so you can go anywhere at anytime and act just how you like, and anyone can judge but hell, they aint any better than anyone.
You can go to a disco and act how you want and make new friends, it's more like an advantage, to make new friends can also be making a new you , in the way your old you wants to be.

While we're on this topic, here's some other things that make you stronger:
-Trial and error/mistakes/learning from them.
-Experimentation.
-General osmosis.
-Analysis/observation.
These are the key things I learn from.Last edited by The Unintelligible; 16 Aug. 2012 at 05:08pm.

But the thing is I'd rather not make friends. People are shitty.
I'd rather just keep all my friends online because they don't hold back on their true colors, if they are an asshole, they will be an asshole and if they are chill as fuck, they will be chill.
Now that she is gone, intense workouts can continue. She hated those because I would manage to push so hard that I would throw up, well I am going back to doing those. Or at least planning to.

Get on antidepresents.
Also, eat more turkey, broccoli. Umm... Fuck, I shouldn't have forgot the rest. Spinach, I think? Tomatoes sounds right too. Then there are other things I forget.
Increase those in your diet, then go out, to like malls and shit, or wherever. And meet people. Eating that shit increases serotonin (which so should anti-depressants, if you can get on an SSRI), which is the chemical that makes you want to do new things (including meet new people). So changing your diet will help with this.
Either way, wallowing in self-pity will only make it worse. Google the foods that increase serotonin. All I particularly remember are turkey and broccoli. There are a few meats, and a lot of vegetables (all delicious vegetables!). Eat that shit. And get on SSRIs. And then do something.

Antidepressants are a huge no (query "why antidepressants are bad for you" or similar key-terms. See all the negative results you get). The natural route is the best way to go. He just needs to stop brooding altogether.
The rest of your suggestions are alright.

Yeah, I am done with pills that change me completely. That's what effect the ADHD meds I used to take had on me and I absolutely hated it.
I am not that down about this, just taking a day off from normal things. Working out as intense as I like to isn't a bad thing. If I want to make it into a college sport, I need to condition my ass off. Many of those kids have had their whole life to train for football, I have 2 years to get my body in the shape it needs to be in. I did play football before but I made the mistake of being a fuckhead and thinking friends are more important than football. I was terribly wrong, it was the worst decision in my life.

Look yourself in the mirror. If you like what you see, then that's what matters. If you don't then pick out what you don't like and change it. Think It. Want It. Do It.

Google "why the moon landing was a hoax" and see all the results you get.
SSRIs and MAOIs are perfectly fine for anyone over the age of 18 (especially 21+, but 18 is the standard test subject age). They have little to no side effects. They are essentially miracle drugs. They are only an issue for minors, for which they should be avoided.
Unlike ADHD meds, SSRIs and MAOIs don't change your personality. All they do is increase serotonin effectiveness. It is probably the least that any substance you ingest can do. Serotonin has little to no effect on your personality, outside of outgoingness (which it will increase, and arguably is your default personality that a lack of serotonin takes away). It doesn't create thoughts, remove thoughts, or change your likes or dislikes. Very simple drugs, they are.

But those are conspiracy theories as opposed to objective facts. There's potential side-effects to a lot of anti-depressions so there's risk at stake (albeit critical or benign). That's enough to compel me otherwise about taking them.
He said it isn't anything big (and it didn't really seem like anything overly problematic to me either), so why imprudently default to anti-depressions?
Sheer willpower is the best cure. I'd say if it's a minor case it'd be best for him to try to deal with it naturally before resorting to them if at all.
I stand by the assertion that the natural avenue is the best route.

Not for SSRIs or MAOIs, which I was referencing specifically, unless you are under the age of 18.
